- For use of the facilities for week long resident camps.
- Includes 14 meals, lifeguard at the pool, and full use of the grounds.
- Minimum of 60.
DAY CAMPS — Rates by the day; call for rates 731-225-5589
- For use of either day camp facility and swimming pool area only.
- Minimum of 30.
WEEK-END RETREATS — Rates per person per night plus meal charges.
- For use of the full facility for Friday and/or Saturday nights.
- Pool use is extra.
- Minimum of 30.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON — Rates per group; call for rates 731-225-5589
- For use of the facility for Sunday afternoon only.
- Pool use is extra.
- Check-out by 9:00 p.m.
- Resident camp use available only if not in use by overnighters.
MEAL CHARGES
Rates by meal per group, call for rates
- Prices include meal preparation and clean up.
- All meals cooked in the dining hall kitchen will be prepared by CCW Staff.
- Minimum of 30.
SWIMMING POOL
- Rates by the hour (minimum 2 hours)
- For required use of CCW Staff Lifeguard.
ACTIVITY BUILDING ONLY
- Rates by group.
DINING HALL ONLY
- Rates by group.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGE
- A complimentary campfire is provided for each group.
- A huge bonfire or 2 campfires can be provided for this fee.
INSURANCE
- CCW carries secondary care insurance coverage on all its registered guests.
